Items purchased from compact-impact.com and returned within 14 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt or invoice are eligible for store credit or exchange. Items must be in new condition, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. We do not accept any returns for shoes, clothing, other fashion and art related products. 10% restocking charge will apply for the items exceeding $100 in sales price. An open box fee equal to 5% of the purchase price will be charged on any opened item.

All technical support or parts to be provided by the original product manufacturer. The manufacturer may not offer any support for the products in the category of Personal Trading Products.

Prosonal Trading Product may ship directly from the manufacturing origin countries of the product and we do not accept orders for Personal Trading Product orders with Next Day shipping.

Due to internet and/or computer system problems, UPS shipping may be changed to USPS shipping without notice and proper shipping price adjustment will be apply to the orders.

Shipping cost on Cancellation of orders
Shipping cost will not be refunded for any orders returned from the customer. Cancellation before the shipment will occur no charge.
