NANO-NANO is a tiny art robotic object made with real electric parts designed by Koichi Miyajima.
Perfect as your phone strap and key chains, you can even add it as part of your accessories.
Playing a leading role today in supporting high-tech society, artist Koichi Miyajima created the humorous and nostalgic figure of a human-like robot. Ironically made from the anonymous inorganic parts found in standard electronic goods, he shaped them to suit the city dwellers of the electronic age. The phone strap robots called NANONANO have various models and occupation and each fits into a part of urban life. A bus driver, a biker, a musician, a machine operator…
Miyajima made full use of leftover LEDs and electronic components to create a Ferris wheel, a merry-go-round, a F1 racer, a helicopter, a rocket, etc., and with rich imagination, developed the world of NANONANO greatly in the past few years. NANONANO is sold primarily in the museum shop in Roppongi Hills, and is a long-time bestseller which is now gaining international support from tourists who visit from all over the world.
