The sister product Dino-Lite will do the job, but the images weren’t clear enough when you would try to watch them on the big monitor.

There was no problem to see the images in VGA size in a general usage with Dino-Lite. But this Dino-Lite Pro is great for the customer who wants to use it for their business such as printing the images out after checking.   

Dino-Lite PRO comes with a software which has six measuring functions. It means that you can measure the size of the object that you have been looking at other than just checking your hair and skin. You can measure not only length, but angle, circumference, and area size as well. You just have to drag a mouse over it to measure.

Instead of pressing the shutter button, you can just lightly touch “micro touch” to capture the images. You will find the sticker that is marked as “micro touch” near the bottom of Dino-Lite Pro. If you lightly touch this sticker after opening the software on the computer, it will capture the images and  it even automatically saves them, too. It is easy and quick to save the images.  

If you double click the thumbnail images that you took, you can see it on the image viewer. So, if you take an image every day, you can check how it is changing on the image viewer window.

This new Dino-Lite PRO is much brighter with eight LED lights compared to the previous version Dino Lite which had four LED lights. Don’t worry about switching the lens. You can change the magnification from 20x to 200x by adjusting the focus knob.

*It varies where to bring the focus depending on the distance to an object from the device. There are pretty much only two magnifications that you can adjust to bring the object into focus which are 20x and 200x.

You can bring the object into focus at two magnifications which are 20x and 200x with holding Dino-Lite PRO close to the object. You can change the magnification at other than 20x or 200x by spacing Dino-Lite PRO from the object, but the image might not be clear if the LED lights do not  reach to the object . Please secure Dino-Lite PRO in one place in order to eliminate blurred images. (It would not be a problem if Dino-Lite PRO is held close to an object)
