The only difference between a regular mouse and the Phantom Mouse is that the Phantom Mouse has a red button above the scroll wheel. The window on the screen will change when this button is pressed.

You can easily and quickly press the button since it is located right above the scroll wheel.

The default setting will change the view back to the desktop view when the phantom button is pressed. You can change the default setting to another screen or application using the included software.

First, open all the applications that you are going to use in order to select the application you want to appear when the phantom button is pressed. Next, highlight the application that you want to set and then click the “Hide” button.  The example picture on the left shows that Outlook will come up when the phantom button is pressed. Once the phantom button is pressed it will hide all the other applications from the window as well as the task bar.

• If you are using the software that will change the resolution of the view, it may not work properly.
